Mabel’s Labels is pleased to announce the ten finalists of our “Wish You Were Here” Contest. We came up with the idea for this contest after reading and hearing so many stories about bloggers who were unable to attend the BlogHer ’09 conference last week in Chicago.
We asked BlogHer ’09 attendees who they wished could have been there with them at the event. The winner will receive an all expenses paid trip to for BlogHer ’10 in New York City and so will the blogger they wished was there.

Wow! Thanks so much for choosing me as a finalist! I’d love to bring Jessica who was my inspiration to start blogging after my stint as a guest blogger on her local family resource, A Parent in Silver Spring. She is a wonderful woman who is idolized by our community for making it easy to find fun family things to do in the DC Metro Area but she’s the most down to earth person you’ll ever meet and would be extremely grateful to be able to attend BlogHer next year courtesy of Mabel’s Labels!
